DV 2013 Application Form to Apply.
DV 2013 Application form will be available only in the American Government's official dv lottery web site as E-DV entry. This is also known as
Green card lottery application form in many part of the world. Once open the official web site, it has a section for you to download the form
and to fill and submit the duly filled entries back. This form used to be available for a period of 30 days in a pre announced date period. After
this period forms will not be available and entries can't be submitted for the DV-2013 visa lottery program.
This visa lottery program is operated and administered by the State Department by the orders of the American Government, to issue 50,000
U.S immigrant visas to people from the countries which have low immigration rate to the America. The diversity visa program is endorsed by
the American congress. The program is called as Green card lottery in many countries as the selected winners after processing and proofing
their eligibility are entitled to the American LPR status, where they will be issued with the green card to proof their LPR status.
Those who want to participate in this visa lottery must have the following minimum requirements to participate in the visa lottery.
- The applicant must be born in a country which must be an eligible one to participate according to the State Department.
- The applicant must have successfully completed 12 years of junior and high school education or must have 2 years of work experience
within the last 5 years after studying/training a 2 years course which should be accepted by the DOL.
It is clearly mentioned in the DV Lottery 2013 instruction that if you don't have these qualifications don't apply for this dv2013 program.
Also each person must submit their recently taken digital photo file through the internet along with their entry form.
It is compulsory for the applicant to provide his personal email address. If failed to provide one valid email address the form will not be
accepted.
A person with spouse and eligible children must include their details and individual photo files in his/her dv application form. Failure to do so
will disqualify them from the program at any time if they were found out.
A person can submit only one entry as primary applicant. If applied more than one entry as primary applicant all the entries will be
disqualified with out notice to the applicant.
A husband and wife if meet the eligibility requirements can submit one entry each as primary applicant thus a family can submit two entries
as one in the husband name including the wife and eligible children and other one on wife's name including the husband and all the eligible children. The online entry form will be available for a period of 30 days in the internet at the American Government's official dv lottery web site.
Results for the draw will be sent to selected people only through the postal mail from May 2012 until the end of June 2013 with further instructions on how to proceed with the selection for the program.
Interviews will start on 1st of October 2012 and will close officially on 30th September 2013. After this period the selection will go useless.
Those who are living in the USA and selected for the program as winners can contact the USCIS office to change their status to LPR status.
